Where fun meets function: The Delta Labs Melbourne team.

Delta Labs might not have its name on the products you see every day, but behind the scenes, it is the trusted force powering some of Australia’s most well-known brands in the skincare and makeup industry.

With more than 30 years of experience, Delta Labs is known for quality, integrity, and innovation, continuously delivering products that meet the market’s needs while staying ahead of trends.

In Melbourne, a small but mighty team is driving the company’s growth, building local client relationships, and shaping the next generation of products. Em, Laura and Steph bring energy, expertise and a whole lot of fun to the office, proving that even a local branch can make a big impact.

Making Melbourne Count

With most of the company based in Sydney, the Melbourne office plays a critical role in connecting with local clients.

Em explains: “A big portion of our clients are here, and the best way to really support them is in person. Down here, it is all about growing the business. We’ve built a strong name for ourselves, but our focus now is on the next phase of growth-expanding the brand, getting out there, doing lots of outbound work, and going after new clients.”

Success in Melbourne looks like more customers, more innovative products, and staying ahead of market trends.

The team is heavily involved in a two-year product development line that anticipates trends, making sure new products are ready for the production line right when the market demands them.

Marketing Behind the Magic

Steph, their marketing assistant, has a complicated job. Marketing a product that carries no visible name or face means her work revolves around finding the right clients and then demonstrating expertise across research, development, and operations - educating clients and building trust at every step. It is a different type of marketing, especially when most of us think about marketing today as flashy campaigns, social posts, or promotions.

Office Culture & Daily Life

The Melbourne office has its own quirks and personality.  Some unspoken rules? No eating at your desk, the office doesn’t need to smell like tuna. Music is always playing, keeping energy levels high and moods upbeat.

The team also follows a “work hard, play hard” philosophy, believing that if you’re not having fun, you’re probably not doing your best work.

When it comes to coffee, Laura keeps it simple and reliable, she loves Baker Bleu, a nod to her Sydney roots, while Steph makes the most of her home coffee setup rather than buying takeaway.

For Friday night outings, Em heads to Richmond favourites like Hochi Mama or Beer360.

The Melbourne office may operate quietly behind the scenes, but their focus on growth, client support, and innovation proves that even a small local team can make a big impact on a national scale.

Thank you Delta Labs team for opening your doors for us and welcome to the C100 Family!
